Register your interest in joining #TeamCarersWorldwide and take your place alongside 16,000 runners in the stunning Royal Parks Half Marathon, presented by Royal Bank of Canada, on Sunday 8th October.

This beautiful central London half marathon takes in some of the capital’s world-famous landmarks on closed roads, and four of London’s eight Royal Parks – Hyde Park, The Green Park, St James’s Park and Kensington Gardens.

Over the last fifteen years the event has raised nearly £50 million for over 1,000 UK charities and you could contribute to that by running for Team Carers Worldwide. Running for us will mean you are helping to change the lives of unpaid family carers in India, Nepal and Bangladesh. If you would like a charity place in our team, then please register your interest with us today.

Alternatively, if you are lucky enough to secure your own place in the race and are looking for a good cause to fundraise for, we would love you to join our team!

How we’ll support you

If you run the Royal Parks Half for us we will assist you every step of the way with fundraising resources, publicity via social media, and lots of moral support – giving you more time to focus on your training schedule. You will also get a Carers Worldwide running vest, as well as a goody bag at the end of the race to say well done and thank you!

How to Join #TeamCarersWorldwide

We do not charge a fee for our places and only ask that you commit to raising a minimum sponsorship of £350. By raising £350 you could help 7 family carers to train in and initiate a livelihood activity which fits around their caring responsibilities, lifting their family out of poverty.

Please email ruth.patil@carersworldwide.org or call +44 (0) 7745 955682 to register your interest or to ask any questions. We can’t wait to hear from you!
