Our innovative five point Carers Worldwide Model has been co-created with local partners and carers. It has been demonstrated to be successful in transforming the lives of carers in various settings throughout India, Nepal and Bangladesh, improving the wellbeing of carers holistically by addressing their physical, mental, social and economic needs.

In 2022 we will begin providing training on the Carers Worldwide model to national and international NGOs who are looking for ways to support unpaid family carers as part of their work.

Is this you?

  • Is your organisation engaged in life-changing work with various vulnerable and disadvantaged groups including women, rural communities, and persons living with long-term illness and disabilities?
  • Have you encountered family carers through the course of your work and are looking for targeted interventions you could implement to address the unique needs and challenges facing those carers?

If so, our Carers Worldwide Model is the solution.

By addressing the needs of family carers using our holistic five point model, your (I)NGO will be able to enhance the work you currently do as, by focusing on the carers of your current project participants, you will not only be helping them, but you will also be further helping those they care for.

Our training will be tailored to your organisation’s needs and those of your project participants, and can be delivered face to face (when permissible) or virtually.

If your organisation would like to access training on the Carers Worldwide Model, or to discuss training options further, please fill out our contact form below, or alternatively contact Anil Patil directly on +44 (0) 7745 608 438 or anil.patil@carersworldwide.org.
